Hello everyone, I am Katie. My Chinese name is “Nai-Hua Ku.” I have joined a club named “Star Club”, where my club mates call me “ Shing Hua “. All of the members are my best friends. I think no one can replace their places in my life. There are five people in my family. My father is an accountant. My mother is a cram school teacher, who teaches elementary school students. My sister is also an accountant, and her salary is good for a college graduate. My brother is a sophomore in university. He majors in physics, so when I have physics questions, I usually ask him. Then, I am the youngest in my family. All of them play important roles in my life. If I lived without them, no one would ask me if I feel cold or not. I was an introverted person, but I think I have been more outgoing now. I am an optimist, but sometimes I would worry about the results of my exams. My constellation is Gemini. My blood type is O. My hobbies are reading novels, playing basketball and tennis, and listening music. When I do these things, I feel relaxed and happy.

Two years ago, I wanted to be a vet, because I loved animals a lot. Now, I want to be a nurse to take care of sick or weak people. Mom always tells me that the job is hard for me to do. To become a nurse, I’ll have to read textbooks in English. So, in order to accomplish my goal, I need to do more practices in English. Though I have difficulty remembering vocabulary, I will do my best.
